Blood Drive

Don't forget the blood drive Friday January 31st, 2014 from Noon to 4pm at the Rock Falls VFW.  The Red Cross needs your help.  Due to the extended severe winter weather over 450 drives have been cancelled, resulting in a loos of over 14,000 blood and platelet donations.  To schedule an appointment call Transitions Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at 815-625-8510.

National Blood Donor Awareness Month

In honor of National Blood Donor Awareness Month we will be co-sponsoring 2 blood drives this month.  The first one will be held at the Dixon Elks Lodge January 21st from 1p to 6p.  The second one will be held at the Rock Falls VFW January 31st from Noon to 4p.  Please call to schedule an appointment for either drive.  Remember 1 pint of blood can save 3 lives!!!!!!!!!!!
